The BM TRADA Group has made a significant investment in upgrading the training facilities at its High Wycombe headquarters. The objective of the work we have undertaken is to ensure that delegates spend their time with us, be it for a few hours or a whole day, as efficiently and comfortably as possible.
We have created a new delegate reception area with soft seating, refreshments, a working area and Wi-Fi access. In addition, there is a new fully air-conditioned conference room, with seating for up to 35 delegates and new audio-visual facilities.
Furthermore, we can now provide a separate facility for lunch or refreshments, to enable delegates to take a break between classroom/discussion sessions, enjoy a breath of air and come back refreshed. The modern, conservatory-style facility offers comfortable seating and access to external decking and gardens.
As Chiltern International Fire Chief Operating Officer Jon Osborn commented, ‘As a company and indeed as a Group, we are increasing the number of seminars, “Explained” days, training courses and workshops we organise. It is important, therefore, to ensure that our facilities are able to create a stimulating working environment for the growing numbers of delegates who attend.’
