Chiltern International Fire (CIF) Senior Consultant Peter Barker will hold a free seminar on passive fire protection at Timber Expo on 27th and 28th September at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry. This is part of parent BM TRADA Group’s initiative to roll out a two-day programme of specialist ‘Timber Tutorials’ during the show.
The seminar offers a condensed version of CIF’s new ‘Passive Fire Protection Explained’ training course and in his 40-minute talk, Mr Barker will cover the key points, including types of products, their uses and correct methods of installation.
It will take place from 12.00 noon – 12.50pm in the BM TRADA Group theatre (C12) on each day of the show and there will be an opportunity to ask questions following the presentation. The Chiltern International Fire team will be on the company stand 01-Z11/ 01-Z12.throughout the show to deal with specific enquiries.
Timber Expo, backed by sister company TRADA Technology, has won the support of more than 100 manufacturers and suppliers and aims to attract more than 5,000 visitors over the two days of the show.
