| Ali Systems Ltd achieves Q-Mark for enhanced security |
|
Ali Systems Ltd, the Norwich-based manufacturer and installer of aluminium architectural products, has achieved enhanced security certification for its windows and doorsets under the BM TRADA Q-Mark schemes. The £1.5 million turnover company, founded four years ago by Managing Director Simon Denmark, works closely with systems supplier Sapa Building Systems to provide bespoke product for schools, hospitals, offices and other locations where quality is paramount. Mr Denmark said, ‘Increasingly, security is a major issue for local authority and private developers and we believed it was essential to underline Ali Systems’ commitment to performance by achieving the Q-Mark third-party certification. ‘ The BM TRADA Q-Mark Enhanced Security Schemes centre on the requirements of PAS 23 & 24 and as such are also accepted by Secured by Design. Ali Systems has in addition achieved the BM TRADA Q-mark for General Performance Windows. Mr Denmark added, ‘We decided to target the Q-Mark to set ourselves further apart from competitors, A key aspect of all the Q-Mark schemes is audit testing, which means that any product selected at random from the production line must pass the same requirements as the products initially type tested. Achieving Q-Mark means that we can state categorically that our products will perform time after time.’ For further information visit www.alissystems.co.uk. Click here for PDF. |
