BM TRADA Certification Ltd has appointed Greg Faulkner as Operations Co-ordinator. Greg will provide day-to-day liaison between BM TRADA’s product certification services and the testing services and technical support provided by sister companies Chiltern International Fire and Chiltern Dynamics.

The appointment follows rapid expansion in the door, window and glass markets, according to Product Certification Manager Simon Beer. ‘Our client base has expanded dramatically, both for our Q-Mark certification schemes and for the BFRC window energy rating scheme. Our success has always centred on customer service and Greg’s appointment reflects our commitment to maintaining the same level of personal service as we expand.’

Formerly Operations Manager at Kenburn Waste Management, Mr Faulkner joins BM TRADA with an extensive background in customer services and operational management from a variety of industries, including telecoms, IT and scientific equipment.
