In order to prepare a quote we need some basic information about the site.

The information required varies depending on whether the development is residential or commercial.

Dwellings: The principal factor in determining the cost for testing a residential development is the definition of dwelling types and the numbers of each type. This dicates the number of tests based on the sampling regime outlined in Part L1A.

Buildings other than dwellings: The main factor for commercial developments is the size (or more specifically the envelope area) of the building, which determines the number of fans required and effects the time on site.
