Testing for doors, windows & fire-rated products

We provide independent, UKAS accredited testing services together with assessment services for doors, windows and fire-rated products. At our extensive testing facility, we undertake fire resistance testing, reaction to fire testing, security, durability and weather testing, and acoustic testing to British, European and International standards.

Fire Technical Services

Our fire technical team have extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and provide a wide range of services within the field of passive fire protection including product assessment reports, training and bespoke fire research and testing programmes. 

Product certification & personnel certification

We provide product certification and personnel certification through our UKAS accredited sister company, BM TRADA Certification. BM TRADA Q-Mark is a certification scheme covering the manufacture and installation of doors, windows, glass and other construction products.

Energy services

We provide air tightness testing and sound insulation testing of all commercial and domestic building types to meet Approved Documents L & E. We are fully accredited for the testing we provide (ATTMA, BINDT, UKAS).  In addition, we can provide thermographic survey of buildings and thermal analysis of building products, energy assessments, environmental noise surveys and BFRC accredited thermal simulation.
