Chiltern Dynamics is staging half-day ‘Air Tightness Testing Explained’ courses to outline the impact of significant changes to the requirements for air tightness testing of buildings in Approved Document L, which come into effect in October this year. 

The changes affect all new dwellings and buildings other than dwellings, as well as extensions to non-dwellings. They will have an impact on the size of projects requiring testing, the number of units to be tested and the performance levels required.
